1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bramley Social website and membership services. By accessing our site or enrolling as a member, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership and Access

Membership is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a unique membership code and access to members-only benefits, including priority entry to The Fanzone, discounts at The Ambrose and our partner venues, and invitations to exclusive events. Memberships are non-transferable and valid for the duration specified at purchase.

3. Payment and Refunds

All fees are payable in advance via Stripe. Payments are processed securely, and membership begins on the date of successful payment. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. In the event of a cancelled event or service failure on our part, we will provide a credit or reschedule the event at our discretion.

4. Use of Membership Code

Your unique code entitles you to the benefit levels outlined in your membership package. It must be presented at the time of purchase with partner venues. Misuse, sharing or unauthorised distribution of your code may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict site functionality. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, nor upload any harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend or block users who breach site security or behaviour guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos and designs on this website are the property of Holy Trinity Fan Zone or our licensors. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification or distribution, requires our prior written consent.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

We endeavour to ensure the accuracy of information on the site but make no warranties as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount you have paid for your membership. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Conduct at Venues

Members and guests must behave respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or eject anyone whose conduct is deemed disruptive, abusive or in violation of our venue rules. No refunds will be issued for membership or event fees in such cases.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect legal requirements or operational changes. Any revisions will be posted here with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
